Product

Are your tapioca pearls quick-cook, frozen, or shelf-stable?
They are ready-to-use (instant) tapioca pearls. No cooking step is required — heat for roughly one minute in a microwave or steep in hot water, or use them directly in bakery and frozen dessert applications.
What is the shelf life, and can it be stored at room temperature?
Standard shelf life is 12 months with ambient (room temperature) storage, away from direct sunlight. Extended-shelf-life options are available for certain flavours and pack formats — please ask our export team for the current specification sheet.
What makes "instant" pearls different from ordinary tapioca pearls?
Ordinary dried pearls need 30–60 minutes of boiling and degrade within hours of cooking. Welong pearls are produced ready to eat: they hold their chew across a temperature range of −18℃ to 220℃, carry no powder coating, and need no equipment.
How do I prepare them?
Microwave: 50 g of pearls with 250 ml of water on medium-high for 60 seconds. Hot water: braise pearls and boiling water at a 1 : 1.5 ratio for 4 minutes. Rinse after heating, and marinate in fructose for the best finish.

Quality & compliance

Do you have HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, FDA, Halal or Kosher certification?
We currently hold HACCP, ISO 22000, FDA registration and Halal certification, and produce in an ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) cleanroom built to GMP standards. BRC and Kosher certification can be discussed for specific markets and orders.
Can I audit the factory?
Yes. We welcome on-site factory visits and remote video audits. Contact us to schedule one with our export team.
Do you provide a COA and specification sheet?
Yes. A full specification sheet is provided with every quotation, and a Certificate of Analysis can be issued against the shipped batch.

Business & ordering

Do you support OEM and ODM?
Yes, we fully support OEM and ODM — custom flavour development, private label packaging, artwork in your market language, and the certification paperwork that destination market requires.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product line, flavour and pack format. Standard catalogue items carry the lowest MOQ; fully customised private-label projects have a higher threshold. Contact us with your target volume for an exact figure.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are available so you can test preparation, texture and application in your own kitchen or production line. Ask for them through the contact form.
Which countries do you export to?
We have successfully exported to Europe, America, the Middle East, South Africa and Australia, and we regularly exhibit at international food fairs such as Gulfood Dubai and the Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Standard export terms are confirmed per order based on destination and volume. Tell us your port and preferred incoterms and we will quote accordingly.
